About the role
- Manage all commercial contracts
- Assist with company secretarial and corporate governance functions
- Play a key role in regulatory and data protection compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for corporate customers
- Support product and commercial teams in structuring compliant agreements
- Partner with teams to develop and review agreements
- Ensure agreements comply with regulatory requirements
- Support due diligence and negotiation processes with insurers
- Assist with board governance and corporate projects
- Support data protection compliance across business units
- Collaborate with sales, expansion, product, and technology teams
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor (Ireland, UK or common law jurisdiction) with 3–6 years’ PQE.
- Strong background in commercial contracts and corporate governance.
- Solid understanding of data protection (GDPR) and Irish company law.
- Experience supporting compliance in financial services, insurance, or technology sectors.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience within a regulated entity (insurance intermediary, fintech, or insurtech).
- Familiarity with CBI regulation and outsourcing requirements.
- Previous exposure to board governance or company secretarial responsibilities.
- Knowledge of privacy-by-design and technology contracting principles.
