• You’ll own the opening, development, and nurturing of relationships with the CFOs, CEOs, and Chief Datacenter Officers (construction-side) of our target customer (Digital Infrastructure developers, equipment manufacturers, energy producers, contractors, and other partners).
• In addition to providing support for product roadmap and development.
• This is a senior leadership role where the goals + scoping would be defined by you, then executed against (vs solely by us). So you’d own goal setting + alignment, spend plan construction within budget guardrails, and then execution quarter-over-quarter.

Platform Engineer

• You'll own the systems that make a virtual employee a real thing in an org chart.
• Build the platform that gives a single Kos a unified presence across email, Teams, Slack, Zoom, and phone.
• Build the identity, RBAC, and audit-log layer that gives Kos its own permissions in a customer's org.
• Design integrations with customer systems. NetSuite and similar ERPs, SharePoint, Google Drive, and whatever accounting tools a customer runs.
• Own deployment, observability, and on-call for the production platform as customer count grows.
• Harden the platform so applied engineering can stand up a new customer in days, not weeks.
• Set the hiring bar and culture for Kos.ai.

• Own the agent runtime: computer use, tool orchestration, and memory loop that lets Kos learn a workflow from customer demos
• Design the ensemble routing layer that picks the right model per step and keeps Kos.ai provider-agnostic
• Build the evaluation harness that catches regressions on recorded customer workflows before they reach production
• Take frontier agent capabilities from paper to production, with equal attention to what the research says and what runs reliably every day
• Partner with the applied controller team so practitioner-caught errors turn into prompt, model, and routing improvements
• Set the hiring bar and culture for Kos.ai
