About the role

  • Responsible for leading the implementation process, providing full support to franchisees, monitoring construction schedules, liaising with approved suppliers, ensuring stores meet standards, consistently meeting deadlines and quality requirements, and contributing to the company's established goals.
  • Support franchisees during implementation, mediate supplier contacts, manage conflicts and resolve issues that may arise involving franchisees, suppliers, and shopping centers.
  • Ensure construction work stays within the agreed timeline and scope so nothing deviates from the schedule.
  • Update the management platform with progress on the implementation.
  • Advise franchisees through continuous monitoring of the implementation process, organize the schedule and emphasize critical deadlines to ensure the store follows the established timeline and opens on the date set by the Group. Track all KPIs, identify potential setbacks, and analyze opportunities to shorten time-to-opening while maintaining standards and quality.
  • Provide support to franchisees if they encounter difficulties communicating with suppliers.
  • Send spreadsheet reports to internal departments at the end of each month so franchisees can participate in training at least 30 days before the store opening.
  • Ensure new franchisees have access to the Group's platforms within the required timeframe, enabling them to place product orders, receive inventory in-store, attend training, and request store marketing materials.
  • Complete opening checklists and prepare reports on the store implementation.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Experience with fast-track construction and fit-out projects.
  • Previous experience in retail and franchising.
