About the role
- Monitor operational excellence programs, ensuring effective implementation of best practices;
- Manage and analyze performance indicators, providing valuable insights to drive operational efficiency;
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste in store operations and implement optimization actions;
- Map and redesign processes to promote continuous improvements in operational efficiency;
- Prepare periodic reports highlighting areas for improvement and recommending effective solutions;
- Actively participate in strategic meetings to align operational initiatives with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Degree in Nutrition, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Proven experience in retail: Demonstrated track record in retail operations and experience in large-scale environments;
- Proven experience in food quality and safety: Solid experience with quality processes, requirements, and practices, including food safety controls, compliance, and the application of operational procedures;
- Practical training skills: Demonstrated experience delivering technical and operational training, ensuring understanding of content and standardization of best practices;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong skills with MS Office, with emphasis on Excel for data analysis and reporting;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills: Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with teams to achieve common objectives;
- Results-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving skills: Ability to pursue results, act proactively, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively;
- Business Intelligence (BI) experience preferred: Prior experience in Business Intelligence for data analysis and evidence-based decision making is a plus.
