About the role
- Support and strategic preparation of the Regional Market Access team
- Translate regional access considerations into concrete care and implementation strategies
- Handle region-specific access-related questions (e.g., local practice characteristics, regional regulations, cost-effectiveness, reimbursement)
- Create, organize and coordinate materials for Regional Access & field teams
- Internal communication: prepare and disseminate relevant information on health policy developments, changes in the healthcare system, and regional market and care delivery structures
- Engage with various internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in Regional Market Access, sales or marketing, or experience in medical writing/content management with a strong market focus
- Solid understanding of reimbursement issues
- Ability to present complex content clearly and communicate it appropriately to target audiences
- Experience working with different customer groups (e.g., physicians, KVen (associations of statutory health insurance physicians), internal teams)
- Strong networking mindset and excellent communication skills
- Medical writing experience is welcome, provided there are also touchpoints with topics such as market access, regional healthcare provision, cost-effectiveness, or regulatory frameworks.
