Account Manager

• Serve as the executive lead for Kooth’s California partnership, ensuring alignment with state priorities and sustained program performance.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for embedding Soluna within California’s youth mental health ecosystem, ensuring integration across managed care organisations, education, community, and healthcare settings.
• Act as Kooth’s senior external representative with state and county agencies, policymakers, managed care organisations and community organisations.
• Drive collaboration with state leadership and system partners to strengthen understanding, advocacy, and adoption of the service.
• Lead overall contract performance, ensuring delivery against KPIs, outcomes, and impact measures.
• Translate data insights and program metrics into compelling narratives that demonstrate value and inform future policy and funding decisions.
• Oversee usage and engagement strategies, ensuring continued growth, high-quality delivery, and evidence-based improvement.
• Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to maintain program integrity and stakeholder confidence.
• Build and maintain high-trust relationships with state and regional decision-makers, including agency leaders, legislators, managed care organisations and community partners.
• Coordinate internal alignment across clinical, product, research, marketing, and service delivery teams to ensure a cohesive approach to partnership success.
• Serve as the key liaison between Kooth’s leadership team and California-based partners to ensure clarity, responsiveness, and transparency.
• Lead the development of funding and renewal strategies, positioning Soluna for long-term sustainability and growth in California.
• Identify and advance opportunities for expansion into new counties, systems, or funding pathways.
• Collaborate with the internal and external stakeholder to influence state-level behavioral health and digital care initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing partnerships and account management team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence across cross-functional teams.
• Model Kooth’s values and act as a visible senior leader across the organization and external ecosystem.

Vice President, Account Management – Partnerships

Counselor

• Role: Counsellor in Training
• Reporting: Team Leader
• Provide face-to-face counselling across the city for children and young people aged between 11-19 years old (up to 25 with additional needs)
• Voluntary face-to-face position suited to students who have completed first year of level 4 training to accrue training hours
• Management Supervision provided by the Team Manager/Senior Practitioner
• Supervision and Insurance are the candidates responsibility and must be in place before placement commences
• Travel expenses are paid
• Trainees encouraged to attend regular Kooth training events to develop clinical practice.

Counsellor in Training

Accountant

• Oversee daily transaction recording and maintain accurate financial records including general ledger, accounts payable, and bank entries
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close activities
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision making
• Review and process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies
• Process invoices, verify expenses, prepare payments, and manage vendor relationships
• Assist Controller with preparation of US budget files by department and analyze department spending
• Support annual financial audits by providing documentation and collaborating with audit team
• Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline accounting workflows
• Assist Controller with preparation and submission of tax filings to ensure compliance

Senior Accountant

Community Manager

• Act as a representative of our brand, building meaningful connections with schools, educators, parents, and young people.
• Present our services in engaging and accessible ways, both in-person and online, through community events, workshops, and digital channels.
• Plan and execute outreach initiatives that reflect the unique needs of local communities while maintaining alignment with broader brand and marketing goals.
• Work closely with Field Managers and Marketing teams to provide feedback from the field and contribute to ongoing improvements in community outreach strategies.
• Utilize social media platforms to create and share content that resonates with local audiences, driving engagement and awareness.
• Assist in organizing and promoting local events, from webinars to community meetings, that highlight the benefits of our services.
• Gather feedback from community members to inform future initiatives and improve outreach efforts.

Community Engagement Lead

• Lead development, execution, and implementation of strategic partnerships embedding Kooth into California’s behavioral health ecosystem
• Drive Kooth’s expansion across California; collaborate with VP of Partnerships and cross-functional teams (Product, Clinical, Tech, Payor Strategy)
• Build relationships with MCOs, LEAs, DHCS, CBOs; translate opportunities into operational partnership models
• Define referral pathways, data-sharing frameworks, and implementation plans aligned with Kooth’s service model
• Ensure partner requirements are captured and coordinated across clinical, product, and technology teams
• Lead partnership conversations, guide contracting, scoping, and implementation planning
• Identify new Medi-Cal alignment and reimbursement opportunities with Director of Payers and external stakeholders
• Develop MoUs, SLAs, and partnership artifacts to go-live
• Represent Kooth with state/regional organizations focused on mental health, education, youth services
• Understand California mental health policy landscape including DHCS priorities, funding mechanisms and system stakeholders
• Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities aligned with Kooth’s mission and state's behavioral health transformation
• Serve as the accountable driver for partnership rollouts; track milestones, unblock issues, coordinate cross-functional implementation teams
• Ensure integrations are delivered on time and to standard; prioritize user impact, system fit, and long-term sustainability
