About the role

  • Provide professional leadership and development of team members and junior staff
  • Contribute to the further development of the firm’s office location and internal processes
  • Support management with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Provide tax advice on complex issues
  • Prepare and review complex annual financial statements and tax returns
  • Advise and manage your own client portfolio

Requirements

  • Successfully passed the tax advisor exam and appointment as a Tax Advisor (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in tax advisory, ideally with leadership responsibility
  • Confident use of DATEV and MS Office programs
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Quick comprehension, analytical thinking and strong communication skills
  • High level of team spirit, empathy and enjoyment in client contact
  • Willingness to actively contribute to firm development and assume responsibility
