About the role
- Source potential candidates from various online channels
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
- Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Sourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
- Experience recruiting/sourcing for IT and technical roles (e.g. software engineers, DevOps, QA, data, product, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with ATS systems (e.g. Ashby) and recruitment metrics
- Fluency in English (spoken and written);
