  • Serve as a subject-matter expert within the MRA commercial organization

  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline
  • Establish and track KPIs tied to new client acquisition and revenue growth

Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior sales or business development experience within healthcare market research, insights, or adjacent data services.
  • Proven success building revenue from new and dormant client relationships.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to introduce new concepts, services, or models to skeptical or unfamiliar buyers.
  • Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Commercially astute, data-driven, and comfortable operating in evolving business models.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel in support of sales efforts and industry presence.
