About the role

  • Develop and implement national service strategy in partnership with key internal and global stakeholders
  • Review and analyse financial and service data to identify trends, drive profitability, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with regional service teams to ensure a consistent, excellent service experience for our customer across every region
  • Review and approve service pricing
  • Define and oversee policies, procedures, and KPI compliance across service teams
  • Coach, mentor, and develop your national team, including building a technical training pathway for Field Service Engineers
  • Lead service readiness as part of the product release cycle
  • Represent company interests in Enterprise Agreement negotiations with technical employees

Requirements

  • Proven senior leadership experience in field service, customer service, or technical service operations, ideally within the print, imaging, or IT industry
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and driving consistent performance across regions
  • A track record of building and influencing relationships at all levels
  • A collaborative, coaching-led leadership style
