About the role

  • Receive and qualify leads originating from technicians, supervisors, and branch managers, converting them into quotations for repair, maintenance, or full replacement solutions.
  • Collect and confirm required technical details or escalate to technical sales support as needed.
  • Support smooth handover to operations with complete and accurate information.
  • Manage opportunities funnel from national and regional customers, ensuring timely follow‑up and progression.
  • Contact new and existing customers generated from marketing campaigns, programs, and inbound inquiries.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by answering / escalating questions that may arise.
  • Maintain clear and detailed customer data.
  • Support collection activities by reinforcing payment terms when required.

Requirements

  • A can-do attitude and someone who is passionate about delivering tailored solutions to our customers.
  • Technical aptitude, with the ability to learn and understand our range of product offerings.
  • Experience using a CRM- Salesforce desired.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously with the ability to make this role their own.
  • A willingness to learn new technical skills.
