About the role
- Design and provide training on compliance matters for the organization.
- Supports implementation and improvement of global compliance policies locally.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and develops action plans based on findings.
- Promotes local operation of KONE’s channels for reporting compliance violations.
- Conducts internal investigations related to various compliance issues when required.
- Provides advice on compliance-related topics, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption issues.
- Initiates internal awareness activities and communication campaigns to raise compliance awareness.
- Supports compliance governance processes in the region to ensure management is setting the right tone.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, law, finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant compliance experience, ideally within large international companies.
- Experience conducting internal investigations.
- Background in internal controls or internal audit is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of best practices, administrative procedures, and regulations related to anti-corruption and broader compliance topics.
- Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa.
