• Own regional revenue and margin performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing HDD distribution partners.
• Identify coverage gaps and execute expansion strategy.
• Drive distributor performance through structured growth plans, reviews, and accountability.
• Recommend corrective action or rationalization of underperforming partners.
• Partner with distributors to strengthen contractor relationships and drive pull-through demand.
• Conduct demonstrations, trials, and application support through periodic job site visits.
• Lead regional VOC and competitive intelligence efforts.
• Develop and execute annual territory growth plans.
• Maintain accurate CRM, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
• Partner with Sales, Product Strategy, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure alignment and resolve field issues.
