• Implement KOMPAN’s commercial strategy across your region, ensuring strong execution and market presence
• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed sales team, driving performance and engagement
• Act as a key link between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management, ensuring smooth coordination and execution
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, customers, and partnerships across your territory
• Analyse markets, competitors, and trends to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market position
• Own and deliver regional sales targets, forecasts, and budgets
• Monitor performance through KPIs and define action plans to maximise results
• Coordinate and support complex sales processes, including project-based opportunities and tenders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Represent KOMPAN at events, trade fairs, and client meetings
• Ensure effective cost control and reporting of commercial activity
