Take the lead in helping customers realize the value of Komodor by linking customer business initiatives to the Komodor platform.
Understand challenges of developers, DevOps and Incident response teams working with Kubernetes.
Identify customer pain points and communicate the value of Komodor offerings.
Help bring on new customers and expand the existing customer base.
Work closely with Sales, CX, and leadership to drive excellence in execution on qualified opportunities.
Represent Komodor at CNCF community and industry events as the voice and face of the company.
Build technical champions at prospects and customers and advise them on cloud native initiatives.
Train and enable developers to self-serve issues in their build and release process.
Continuously feed insights back to Product and GTM teams to improve the offering.
Proactively support sales opportunities and help grow customer adoption.
Translate complex Kubernetes problems into clear solutions and outcomes.
Requirements
3+ years working with enterprise sales and customer experience teams.
Fluent in Containers, Kubernetes and Helm.
++ for experience in one or more programming languages.
Well versed and audible ready knowledge of modern SDLC tooling (FluxCD, ArgoCD) and processes (GitOps); understanding of SDLC across release managers, SRE and Developers.
Familiarity selling infrastructure Software as a service (SaaS) products, especially to developer / SRE / DevOps / Platform Engineering personas.
Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
Skilled in building champions and running a complex sales process.
Experience building positive professional relationships with DevOps and executive leadership.
Skilled in managing time and resources.
Possess aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility.
High EQ and self-aware.
Impeccable written, verbal, online and in-person communication skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
