About the role

  • Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Contracts Team by analyzing processes, managing contract technology systems and relevant integrations, and developing and implementing procedures based on overall department policy and company needs.
  • Streamline operations and optimize workflows.
  • Contribute to contract reviews during peak request periods.
  • Own CLM Tooling and become the expert in how Komodo Contracts Tools work.
  • Manage all reporting and contracts data integrity within the CLM Tooling.
  • Independently manage, review and negotiate Vendor Agreements.
  • Lead ad-hoc projects aimed at improving contract operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in legal/contract operations, legal project management, or a similar role. Experience with legal technology and data analysis is highly desirable.
  • Ability to independently review and negotiate templated agreements
  • Proficiency in the implementation and management of contract management software and tools, (e.g., Salesforce, LinkSquares, ZIP etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
