About the role
- Acts as a key interface between front office transaction teams and back office
- Supports the transaction execution director in closing procedures
- Assists with syndication activities and drafts and finalizes standard LMA documentation
- Responsible for all routine loan processing and administration tasks for a portfolio of structured international financings
Requirements
- University degree in business administration or law, or equivalent commercial education/training
- Minimum 3 years of specialized experience in loan management and related contractual documentation
- Experience with a commercial loan management system and proficiency in Office applications
- Good understanding of the financial services industry and loan markets
- Experience with LMA standard documentation is an advantage
- Confident and experienced in direct client interaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent German and English language skills
