• You assist with the setup and integration of our solution, ensuring customers can use our features quickly and easily.
• You explain features, workflows and processes so our users have a smooth start with kollex.
• You answer questions and help with challenges that may arise during onboarding.
• You work closely with our Customer Service team to ensure high customer satisfaction and a positive user experience.
• You document the onboarding process and customer interactions in our CRM and back-office system.
• Through proactive communication, you help create the most positive customer journey possible for new users.
