About the role
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new e-commerce customers from kickoff through handoff to account management
- Customize onboarding steps based on unique e-commerce workflows, tools, and expectations
- Build and manage project timelines, ensuring clear deliverables, dependencies, and follow-through
- Lead and facilitate multi-stakeholder meetings (often with 8+ participants) and handle scheduling coordination
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Tech, and Account Management to deliver a seamless onboarding experience
- Identify and remove onboarding blockers, proactively offering solutions to keep progress on track
- Educate clients on platform capabilities and ensure integrations, configurations, and operational workflows align to use case
- Track onboarding success metrics, ensure client satisfaction, and deliver clean handoffs to long-term account teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of onboarding, implementation, or project management experience (SaaS, e-commerce, or tech-forward preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex onboarding processes for e-commerce or consumer product clients
- Highly organized, self-motivated, strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and solve unexpected problems
- Experience coordinating large meetings and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with project management and scheduling tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Calendly)
- Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystem (Shopify, Amazon, 3PLs, OMS/WMS) a strong plus
- Must reside in Washington State
