About the role
- End-to-end project management: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of a range of projects within the global marketing team
- Cross-functional Orchestration: Drive the marketing workstreams within key cross-functional projects and programs ensuring smooth collaboration
- Process Optimization: Champion and refine our project management process; identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve team velocity, communication, and overall efficiency
- Facilitate, plan, and manage timelines: Develop detailed plans, managing timelines and dependencies to ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality
- Communication Hub: Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with all stakeholders; provide regular status updates, identify potential risks, and manage expectations effectively
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in project management or program management
- Certifications: Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, and others
- Experience collaborating with a broad range of functions in the go-to-market organization a plus
- Experience in B2B go-to-market focused projects/programs is a plus
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to balance attention to detail with big picture priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills a plus
