About the role

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold/warm calling, email outreach, social media, and marketing lead follow-up.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within security and engineering teams.
  • Qualify prospects and set up discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain and grow your database of leads.
  • Collaborate closely with AEs, Marketing, and Partners to develop and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Kodem’s evolving offerings.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as an SDR or in a sales-related role, ideally within cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Driven, coachable, and results-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn about new tools and processes.
  • Prior experience in the cybersecurity domain preferred.
  • Experience working with SCA, SAST, DAST, ASPM, or CSPM solutions preferred.
  • Background in working with startups and adaptability to wear multiple hats.
