About the role
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold/warm calling, email outreach, social media, and marketing lead follow-up.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within security and engineering teams.
- Qualify prospects and set up discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain and grow your database of leads.
- Collaborate closely with AEs, Marketing, and Partners to develop and grow the sales pipeline.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Kodem’s evolving offerings.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR or in a sales-related role, ideally within cybersecurity or SaaS.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Driven, coachable, and results-oriented.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn about new tools and processes.
- Prior experience in the cybersecurity domain preferred.
- Experience working with SCA, SAST, DAST, ASPM, or CSPM solutions preferred.
- Background in working with startups and adaptability to wear multiple hats.
