Develop and evolve operational policies and procedures guiding core functions.
Help shape best practices for world-class customer experience.
Assist pharmacist in retrieving prescription refills from veterinarian prescribers.
Follow up with patients to clarify questions and provide updates on orders.
Assist pharmacist in filling prescription items as permitted by the state board of pharmacy.
Run automated machinery to pre-sort and package medications.
Fill exception trays with appropriate medication.
Work with Operations to ensure right medications in right pouches.
Transition orders through workflow stages from dispense through quality control.
Count and fill prescription vials and affix labels.
Pack and ship completed orders, print and affix labels.
Sort and triage boxes for shipping.
Assist Operations with receiving, shipping, counting, and packing.
Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
