About the role

  • In this role you will drive Knuddels' growth in a measurable way.
  • Your primary focus is to excite, activate and retain new members: you identify and optimize the levers through which new users discover Knuddels.
  • You work on onboarding flows and the first-session experience.
  • You analyze the user journey on our platform and develop targeted measures to improve DAU, MAU and especially retention.
  • You contribute your knowledge of user lifecycle and engagement to help shape our monetization strategy.
  • You formulate growth and retention hypotheses, design A/B tests and evaluate them systematically.
  • You provide subject-matter leadership for a cross-functional team and align it consistently with growth objectives.
  • You apply AI tools not only for personal productivity.

Requirements

  • You have demonstrably driven user growth and retention: you bring several years of experience as a Growth Product Manager and can name concrete projects where you measurably improved user acquisition, activation or retention, ideally with specific KPI improvements (e.g., “increased Day-28 retention by X%” or “improved onboarding activation rate by Y%”).
  • You think in terms of user lifecycle and LTV: you understand how acquisition, activation, retention and monetization interact.
  • You are an analytics expert: Mixpanel (or comparable platforms like Amplitude) are not a black box to you but your daily tools.
  • You master A/B testing: you have solid experience designing, running and statistically soundly analyzing experiments.
  • You have taken on team responsibility: proven experience leading and developing cross-functional teams.
  • You are comfortable in the world of B2C apps: ideally you have experience in areas such as gaming, dating or social media.
  • You use AI intelligently: you actively use AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Perplexity).
