About the role
- Responsible for making phone calls to complete surveys
- A quota of 100 phone calls should be met each day, or a minimum of 5 completed interviews per day
- Provide timely reporting of data collected and ensure all privacy agreements are followed
- Ensure integrity of all data relating to program is accurately reported
- Provide proactive status communication with Project Coordinator
- Provide excellent customer service to participants
- Coordinate interviews in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
- Quality control measures to ensure all data is being captured during each survey
Requirements
- Must be professional and have demonstrated strong commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Must be a self-starter, self-motivate and able to perform in a fast-paced, self-managed environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to interact with co-workers and management in a positive and cooperative manner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to make a large number of outbound calls, and call center experience strongly preferred
- Background check required
