About the role

  • Responsible for making phone calls to complete surveys
  • A quota of 100 phone calls should be met each day, or a minimum of 5 completed interviews per day
  • Provide timely reporting of data collected and ensure all privacy agreements are followed
  • Ensure integrity of all data relating to program is accurately reported
  • Provide proactive status communication with Project Coordinator
  • Provide excellent customer service to participants
  • Coordinate interviews in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
  • Quality control measures to ensure all data is being captured during each survey

Requirements

  • Must be professional and have demonstrated strong commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Must be a self-starter, self-motivate and able to perform in a fast-paced, self-managed environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to interact with co-workers and management in a positive and cooperative manner
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to make a large number of outbound calls, and call center experience strongly preferred
  • Background check required
