Job Level
About the role
- Own the P&L for the partner portfolio, driving agent adoption, consumer conversion, and total partner revenue through full‑funnel programs and channel optimization.
- Build a unified growth system across product marketing, performance marketing, creative, and operations; prioritize channels and audiences informed by segmentation and opportunity sizing.
- Manage and elevate a high-performing team of functional experts (Performance, Analytics, Operations) fostering a culture of rapid experimentation, data‑backed decisions, and continuous learning.
- Shift partner marketing from isolated outreach to embedded, cohesive experiences across our channels, integrating partner value propositions directly into the agent and consumer experience.
- Utilize advanced analytics to make hard decisions on where to allocate resources. Identify which partners deserve Tier 1 investment and which should be deprecated based on ROI.
- Oversee the positioning strategy for major launches, ensuring that our complex partner ecosystem is translated into simple, compelling solutions for the field.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, GTM strategy, product-led growth or performance marketing within a platform ecosystem; real estate/fintech/SaaS experience is a plus
- Owner Mindset: Fluent in CAC, LTV, and forecasting; comfortable owning revenue targets.
- Full-Funnel Fluency: You are equally comfortable discussing brand positioning (top of funnel) as you are discussing email nurture loops and conversion rate optimization (bottom of funnel).
- Data-Driven Rigor: Experienced in attribution modeling, funnel analytics, and data‑informed prioritization.
- Cross-functional influence: Experience managing managers and influencing cross-functional peers (Product, Sales, Legal) without direct authority.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; capable of crisp briefs, GTM plans, and leadership‑ready decision memos.
- Bias for action: comfort navigating ambiguity, moving quickly from pilot insight to scaled execution.
- Experience scaling two-sided marketplaces (marketing to both service providers/agents and end-consumers) is a strong plus.
Benefits
- Health insurance
- 401(k) matching
- Flexible work hours
- Paid time off
