About the role

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to identify and engage prospective clients, leveraging market insights and Cartus’s global capabilities.
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, understand their mobility challenges, and present solutions that create measurable value.
  • Lead the end-to-end process—from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and onboarding—ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Partner with internal teams, including legal, client services, and implementation, to deliver innovative, compliant, and client-focused solutions.
  • Represent Cartus at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of successful experience selling outsourced services to multinational organizations.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a consultative selling environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtual.
  • Expertise in new business development, including crafting tailored value propositions.
  • Ability to manage a robust pipeline and make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel 20–30% within the assigned territory.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of global mobility or relocation services, experience responding to RFPs, and proficiency with CRM tools.
