About the role

  • Job Title: International Relocation Co-ordinator (Remote Working, in the UK)
  • Department: International Assignment Services
  • Reports To: Client Services Manager
  • Work remotely within the UK with occasional travel to Swindon Hub
  • Serve as the prime navigator and owner of the relocation process for assignees from start to finish
  • Coordinate and manage delivery of all relocation services based on client policies
  • Act as single point of contact and coordination for all phases of international relocation
  • Build long term relationships and ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage and maintain all internal and external relationships
  • Take responsibility for all elements of the relocation and demonstrate knowledge on all services and products
  • Work independently and think creatively in addition to following underpinning processes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in global mobility desired but not essential
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a role requiring strong customer service/coordination/project management skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work and a busy mailbox
  • Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work on personal initiative and in a team environment
  • High level of accuracy and process oriented
  • Ability to work independently from home and use own initiative
  • Ideal candidate: experienced travelling and living abroad, great customer service skills or strong project coordination background
