About the role
- Position Overview: Responsible for delivering high-impact onboarding and early-career development programs that drive productivity, engagement, and retention. This role blends live instruction, coaching, and relationship management to help new agents succeed faster and stay longer.
- Content Delivery & Facilitation: Teach NTB core curriculum and lead live learning sessions; Support agent skill development through workshops and panels; Personalize delivery to regional and audience-specific needs.
- Accountability Coaching: Facilitate weekly NTB coaching cohorts with a focus on core behaviors; Track agent engagement, identify gaps, and follow up as needed; Foster a strong culture of performance and connection.
- Regional Leadership Liaison: Partner with Regional Presidents and RVPs to identify needs and communicate updates; Attend leadership meetings and share insights and recommendations; Provide warm handoffs to local leadership as agents progress.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across brands and functions; Help ensure aligned execution and consistent agent experience.
- Success Measures: NTB cohort engagement and completion rates; Increase in early production among new-to-business agents; Manager and RVP satisfaction with onboarding quality; Effective handoff and communication with field leadership; Delivery consistency across CBR and CBA audiences.
Requirements
- Experience delivering onboarding or corporate training
- Ability to tailor content for regional/audience-specific needs
- Strong coaching and cohort facilitation skills
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
