About the role
- Handle assignments and special projects delegated by the Snr. Director Global Property.
- Provide status updates and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Respond to operational challenges on-site with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Escalate issues as needed while taking ownership of day-to-day problem-solving.
- Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Source, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors (furniture, IT, and other workplace services).
- Oversee delivery, installation, and service performance to meet company standards.
- Communicate updates, requirements, and issues to ensure alignment and smooth operations between departments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in property operations, facilities management, workplace services, or office administration.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; skilled at cross-department collaboration.
- Vendor management and negotiation experience.
- Hands-on, resourceful, and proactive problem solver.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel to international locations several times a year.
