• Oversee the administration and execution of KNKX’s major and planned giving programs
• Provide leadership for the data and gift processing team
• Ensure efficient systems, accurate reporting, and timely, donor-centered communications
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors at the $1,500+ level
• Lead fundraising efforts for KNKX’s evolving priorities
• Supervise the Individual Giving and Database Coordinator and Member Services Manager
