About the role

  • Preparing and tracking international quotations and orders
  • Processing complaints and returns
  • Handling shipping arrangements for goods shipments, samples and catalogs to EU and non-EU countries

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or equivalent
  • Business-fluent Italian and good written and spoken English required
  • Several years of experience in international inside sales with knowledge of international shipping and export required
  • Initial experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP) and a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud) is an advantage
  • Reliability, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills
