About the role
- Preparing and tracking international quotations and orders
- Processing complaints and returns
- Handling shipping arrangements for goods shipments, samples and catalogs to EU and non-EU countries
- Order-related communication with customers and sales representatives in Italian and English
- Reviewing and processing payment discrepancies and dunning notices
- Supporting the International Sales team and participating in project work
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or equivalent
- Business-fluent Italian and good written and spoken English required
- Several years of experience in international inside sales with knowledge of international shipping and export required
- Initial experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP) and a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud) is an advantage
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills
