About the role

  • Preparation and follow-up of international quotations and orders
  • Processing of complaints and returns
  • Shipping coordination for goods deliveries, samples and catalogs to EU and non-EU countries
  • Order-related communication with customers and representatives in Italian and English
  • Reviewing and resolving payment discrepancies and dunning notices
  • Cross-departmental collaboration, support for the International Sales team and project work

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., Industrial Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Business-fluent Italian and good spoken and written English required
  • Several years of professional experience in international internal sales with knowledge of international shipping and export required
  • Initial experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP) and a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud) is an advantage
  • Reliability, willingness to learn and strong communication skills
