About the role
- Monitor press/news coverage for various clients and sectors, performing actions such as curation, approval, and removal of monitored content;
- Register news items and make platform configurations as requested;
- Extract and send reports;
- Fill out tracking/control spreadsheets;
- Monitor and resolve support tickets submitted through the support channel;
- Interact with support teams: open and follow up on tickets.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Language Studies, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields;
- Knowledge of Google Sheets;
- Organized, punctual, detail-oriented, and responsible;
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
