About the role

  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes for various areas, with a focus on Technology roles;
  • Support the identification of training and development needs together with business areas;
  • Support the implementation of Human and Organizational Development (HOD) programs and initiatives;
  • Organize and execute onboarding for new employees;
  • Assist employees and managers by answering questions and helping to carry out HR procedures and routines;
  • Contribute to organizing, updating, and monitoring People/HR metrics and controls.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;
  • Experience: Background in Recruitment and Selection, including filling Technology roles, and in training and development initiatives;
  • Tools: Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Google Slides) and familiarity with generative AI tools (desirable);
  • Languages: Intermediate English (desirable).
