About the role

  • Lead the sales teams, ensuring revenue targets are met;
  • Work hands-on in managing pipeline, forecast, conversion and performance;
  • Implement and enforce adherence to the sales playbook and commercial methodologies;
  • Lead complex negotiations and support strategic deal closures;
  • Develop strategies to expand the customer base (upsell and cross-sell);
  • Work in the field with frequent client visits, especially Enterprise accounts;
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Finance;
  • Sell the company’s ecosystem of solutions, avoiding a transactional approach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales;
  • Strong experience leading commercial teams;
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions;
  • Experience with both SMB (short sales cycle) and Enterprise (long sales cycle) sales;
  • Experience with base expansion strategies (upsell and cross-sell);
  • Mastery of sales playbooks, commercial cadence, pipeline and forecasting;
  • Practical, applied knowledge of SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale and MEDDIC methodologies;
  • Strong leadership skills, people development and performance management;
  • Hands-on profile with availability for fieldwork;
  • Availability for frequent client visits;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
