About the role

  • The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of disciplines.
  • This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR to identify hiring needs, create effective sourcing strategies, and attract high-quality talent to support the business.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates, providing timely updates and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, partnering with team members and HR to ensure effective and equitable hiring decisions.
  • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, staffing partners, and educational institutions.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to support talent pipeline development.
  • Analyze hiring metrics and market data to inform and optimize recruiting strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or university or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner role with corporate recruiting.
  • Experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
  • Experience in a high-tech environment highly desired.
  • Experience as a generalist recruiter in a high-volume environment preferred.
  • Experience sourcing and closing in a competitive marketplace.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influence, decision-making, negotiation and written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, be flexible and adapt to changing environments.
  • Attention to detail with a passion for getting the job done.
