About the role
- Drive the growth of the Kmart Marketplace by acquiring high-potential sellers and managing their success through strategic account development.
- Execute strategic category plans to expand assortment, increase brand density, and align pricing with customer expectations.
- Build strong seller relationships and support their engagement in promotional programs and loyalty initiatives.
- Use data insights to optimise seller performance and ensure alignment with Kmart’s commercial goals.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to drive sales growth and optimise performance
- Strong commercial & financial acumen
- CRM & Sales tools proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Marketplace & eCommerce platform understanding
- Data analysis & reporting expertise
- Customer-centric mindset & strategic thinking
- Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with the ability to develop and drive improvement initiatives
