About the role

  • You are responsible for all HR management at the Bad Pyrmont site — from workforce planning and employment law matters, to developing compensation systems, and leading a dynamic HR department currently made up of two employees.
  • You ensure legally compliant, efficient HR processes.
  • In close coordination with the Commercial Director, you advise managers on all personnel-related matters.
  • As part of the clinic management team, you develop a future-oriented HR strategy with a focus on employee retention, recruiting and leadership development.
  • You maintain constructive cooperation with the works council on an equal footing and represent the clinic in employment law matters.
  • In addition, you contribute to cross-site projects within the clinic group and help advance group-wide standards.
  • You deputize for the Commercial Director and, where necessary, temporarily assume overall responsibility for the proper operation of a renowned specialist clinic.

Requirements

  • Degree with a specialization in human resources or a commercial vocational qualification with further HR training
  • Several years of experience in HR management, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • Strong communication skills, decisiveness and the ability to remain reliable even in challenging situations
  • Confident knowledge of employment law and experience in working with works councils
  • A clear, value-oriented leadership style with conceptual strength and a hands-on operational approach
  • Enjoyment in further developing structures and actively supporting change processes
