About the role

  • You manage our supply chain projects and take on and develop projects with partners from the food industry to make their value chains more sustainable and reduce emissions.
  • You convince farmers to collaborate with us on projects and to be open to a long-term, step-by-step expansion of regenerative practices.
  • You support the farmers who work with us and build strong, trust-based relationships.
  • You ensure that project goals are met and develop creative approaches if targets are at risk.
  • You devise strategies for the successful delivery of your projects and implement them throughout the year.

Requirements

  • You have several years of professional experience and bring skills in project management and regenerative agriculture. Ideally, you have experience with dairy farms and/or arable farming and their specific challenges.
  • Connection to agriculture: you grew up on a farm or have completed agricultural training or studies. You care about agriculture and understand the sector’s challenges.
  • You have a strong appetite for learning solutions and measures that address agricultural challenges in a long-term, sustainable way and for implementing them on farms.
  • You enjoy working in a team, are happy to accept support, and contribute your skills to the team.
  • You enjoy and are adept at direct personal, telephone and written communication with farmers. You engage with them on equal terms and find common ground and practical solutions.
  • You are motivated to explore new areas and to help build and develop a new market.
  • You can make decisions in the interest of the projects and like to find practical solutions that can be implemented quickly.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
