Account Manager

• Betreuung von Lieferkettenprojekten - Du übernimmst und entwickelst Projekte mit Partnern aus der Lebensmittelbranche, um deren Wertschöpfungskette nachhaltiger zu gestalten und Emissionen zu reduzieren.
• Du überzeugst Landwirte und Landwirtinnen, mit uns in den Projekten zusammenzuarbeiten und offen für eine langfristige Schritt-für-Schritt Erweiterung von regenerativen Maßnahmen zu sein.
• Du betreust Landwirte und Landwirtinnen, die mit uns zusammenarbeiten, und baust dabei starke und vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf.
• Du stellst sicher, dass die Projektziele erfüllt werden und du entwickelst kreative Methoden, falls diese in Gefahr geraten.
• Du überlegst dir Strategien zur erfolgreichen Durchführung deiner Projekte und setzt diese über das Jahr hinweg um.

Senior Account Manager – Vegetable and Fruit Farming

Account Executive

• Own and grow a high-value partnership pipeline, from first and ongoing conversations to contract signature and sales enablement with a variety of partners ranging from start-ups to established carbon credit marketplaces. We are looking at success measures activation of partners and sourced revenue via partnerships.
• Research, structure, carry-out and review a partnership strategy to engage qualified and new market segments. Understand and communicate successes, risks, and mitigations transparent to management through optimized reporting and utilization of our CRM.
• Lead structured discovery conversations to understand prospective client needs, decision criteria and internal stakeholder dynamics to present offerings that position Klim as a strategic solution provider for clients’ sustainability, ESG and climate strategies.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard marketplace partners and distribution channels (e.g. sustainability platforms, brokers, consultancies, ESG solution providers) that can scale Klim's reach into new buyer segments.
• Lead joint business planning conversations with partners to align on value propositions, go-to-market approaches, integration requirements and shared success metrics.
• Design and maintain a partner enablement program, providing marketplace partners and intermediaries with the materials, training and tools needed to represent Klim's offerings effectively and compliantly.
• Collaborate closely with finance, certification, marketing and product to ensure seamless handovers and strong client outcomes.
• Track and monitor key sales metrics through diligent CRM maintenance, track market trends in an independent way and gather client feedback proactively to optimise individual and team sales performance.
• Stay on top of developments in carbon markets, standards, and regulation (e.g. SBTi, Verra, CCP, CRCF) to inform conversations and sharpen positioning.
• Represent Klim at industry events, conferences and sustainability forums to expand your network and generate new leads.

Senior Account Executive – Partnership Manager

Operations

• You will own and drive cross-functional execution across key processes connecting commercial/sales, farmer account management, MRV (measurement/monitoring, reporting, verification), scientific modelling, product, engineering, agronomy and finance. This includes setting up or re-thinking some of our most critical business processes and parts of our operating model
• Drive alignment across teams: clarify owners, timelines, dependencies, and escalation paths.
• Lead process improvement: map workflows, remove bottlenecks, increase automation/documentation, and improve reliability.
• Ensure execution through meetings, stakeholder management, decision support and documentation
• Support strategic decisions with strong content input (option framing, trade-offs, recommendations), driving the convergence of commercial thinking and client/farmer needs with both operational complexities and the impact we want to generate.
• Improve leadership and management cadence (e.g. supporting our extended leadership team).
• Design and build practical KPI dashboards and the corresponding setup and processes to strengthen data-driven steering.
• Support transformation towards AI-enabled business operations: Identify and implement fast AI/automation wins across teams.
• You will take ownership of high-priority operational topics end-to-end (e.g., data/client/process incidents)

Technical Product Manager

• Lead a cross functional team of Soil Scientists and Software Engineers to develop and implement SOC models as the foundation of Klim’s platform
• Own and drive the product roadmap for carbon, biodiversity, and broader soil science and agronomic models
• Expand Klim’s modelling capabilities beyond carbon into crop and agronomic insights, and over time into economic models such as farm level P&L
• Contribute to the commercial scalability of Klim’s solutions and support large scale decarbonisation of agricultural supply chains
• Translate scientific models into clear product requirements and features
• Align modelling work with product and company goals
• Drive execution from concept to production
• Develop a strong understanding of underlying models to effectively guide product decisions and challenge assumptions
• Improve accuracy and scalability of carbon models as the core system
• Expand models to include agronomic metrics, new practices, and new geographies
• Identify and prioritise additional soil science or environmental metrics
• Ensure alignment with key standards such as VERRA VM0042, GHG Protocol, SustainCERT, SAI RTF and ISOMETRIC
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance and scientific credibility

• Ensure effective collaboration between scientific development and product implementation
