About the role
- Ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely financial operations across Klim
- Helping to build a solid foundation for scalable growth
- Establishing and maintaining robust accounting processes, internal controls, and compliance frameworks across our international markets
- Safeguarding Klim’s financial integrity and enabling informed decision-making
- Supporting sustainable business growth and enabling Klim’s expansion into new markets with strong financial governance at its core
Requirements
- 4–8 years of professional experience in accounting and/or audit
- A hands-on mindset and willingness to operate across a rapidly scaling organisation
- Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level in both, written and spoken)
- Strong ownership mentality and readiness to take responsibility for Klim’s financial operations
- Willingness to work from our Berlin office 2–3 days per week
