Ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely financial operations across Klim
Helping to build a solid foundation for scalable growth
Establishing and maintaining robust accounting processes, internal controls, and compliance frameworks across our international markets
Safeguarding Klim’s financial integrity and enabling informed decision-making
Supporting sustainable business growth and enabling Klim’s expansion into new markets with strong financial governance at its core

4–8 years of professional experience in accounting and/or audit
A hands-on mindset and willingness to operate across a rapidly scaling organisation
Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level in both, written and spoken)
Strong ownership mentality and readiness to take responsibility for Klim’s financial operations
Willingness to work from our Berlin office 2–3 days per week
