About the role
- Research potential new clients and support proactive outreach
- Contribute to building new partner agencies and strategic partnerships
- Support the new-business process from initial contact through contract signing and help build and maintain a qualified pipeline
- Analyze client requirements and collaborate with the team on suitable upper-funnel media solutions
- Support the development of concepts and proposals; help prepare presentations and pitches
- Present to clients together with partner agencies and contribute to developing co-sell and pitch approaches
- Work in a structured way with our CRM (HubSpot) to manage pipeline, forecasts and opportunities
Requirements
- Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration (BWL), IT, or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally some practical experience in New Business, Digital Sales, or Business Development
- Optional technical and/or conceptual experience with advertising technologies
- Structured and independent working style, willingness to learn, and a proactive hands-on mentality
- Empathy, values awareness, and tactful interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model and be in the Hamburg office at least two days per week
- Fluent German (written and spoken, C2 level); good English is an advantage
