About the role
- Identify and approach new clients
- Build new partner agencies and strategic collaborations
- Own the new business process from initial outreach to contract signing
- Build a qualified pipeline and work in a structured way across defined sales stages
- Understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Design and present proposals and concepts for target audiences
- Handle inquiries from partner agencies and act as the central point of contact
- Present co-sell and pitch approaches with partner agencies
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline, forecasts, and opportunities
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in New Business, Digital Sales, or Business Development
- Solid network among marketing decision-makers and advertising or digital agencies (optional)
- Technical and/or conceptual experience with advertising technologies (optional)
- Solution-oriented, independent, and proactive working style
- Empathy, strong values, and tactful interpersonal skills
- German fluency (C2 level) and good English (advantageous)
