About the role

  • Identify and approach new clients
  • Build new partner agencies and strategic collaborations
  • Own the new business process from initial outreach to contract signing
  • Build a qualified pipeline and work in a structured way across defined sales stages
  • Understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Design and present proposals and concepts for target audiences

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in New Business, Digital Sales, or Business Development
  • Solid network among marketing decision-makers and advertising or digital agencies (optional)
  • Technical and/or conceptual experience with advertising technologies (optional)
  • Solution-oriented, independent, and proactive working style
  • Empathy, strong values, and tactful interpersonal skills
  • German fluency (C2 level) and good English (advantageous)
