About the role

  • Build and own the BENELUX agency ecosystem
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage agency partners that work with Klar’s ideal customers
  • Turn relationships into revenue
  • Build long-term trust with agencies
  • Train and support partner teams so they can confidently position, sell, and use Klar with their clients
  • Visit agencies regularly and attend or organize local events
  • Share product updates, best practices, and act as the main point of contact
  • Help improve playbooks, enablement materials, and processes to make partnerships scalable

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or agencies (partnerships, sales, CS, or similar)
  • Natural relationship builder — open, outgoing, and genuinely likable
  • Strong ownership mindset — you treat the BENELUX market like your own business
  • Highly organized and reliable — you follow through and keep your word
  • Optimizing for learning and growth
