About the role
- Build and own the BENELUX agency ecosystem
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage agency partners that work with Klar’s ideal customers
- Turn relationships into revenue
- Build long-term trust with agencies
- Train and support partner teams so they can confidently position, sell, and use Klar with their clients
- Visit agencies regularly and attend or organize local events
- Share product updates, best practices, and act as the main point of contact
- Help improve playbooks, enablement materials, and processes to make partnerships scalable
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or agencies (partnerships, sales, CS, or similar)
- Natural relationship builder — open, outgoing, and genuinely likable
- Strong ownership mindset — you treat the BENELUX market like your own business
- Highly organized and reliable — you follow through and keep your word
- Optimizing for learning and growth
