About the role

  • Management of the catering facility operated by Klüh in Riesa
  • Culinary and business management with responsibility for forecasting, budgeting, month-end closing and reporting
  • Leadership, development and motivation of staff as well as staff scheduling
  • Daily quality assurance and communication with guests and clients
  • Planning, coordination and execution of events

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in gastronomy or culinary arts
  • Ideally an additional qualification in business administration
  • Strong numerical understanding / business acumen
  • Several years of leadership experience and knowledge of administrative operations management
  • Organizational skills, social competence and a results-oriented leadership style
  • Passion for culinary trends and for the food industry
  • Excellent manners and outstanding hospitality skills
