About the role
- Management of the catering facility operated by Klüh in Riesa
- Culinary and business management with responsibility for forecasting, budgeting, month-end closing and reporting
- Leadership, development and motivation of staff as well as staff scheduling
- Daily quality assurance and communication with guests and clients
- Planning, coordination and execution of events
- Office administration including bookkeeping and operational accounting
- Responsibility for compliance with food laws and internal standards
- Support in operational activities
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in gastronomy or culinary arts
- Ideally an additional qualification in business administration
- Strong numerical understanding / business acumen
- Several years of leadership experience and knowledge of administrative operations management
- Organizational skills, social competence and a results-oriented leadership style
- Passion for culinary trends and for the food industry
- Excellent manners and outstanding hospitality skills
