About the role
- You cover for operations managers during vacations and sick leave at various Berlin locations
- You and your team create fresh, daily lunch menus (fresh-kitchen production)
- You lead and manage the staff
- You handle the month-end closing and inventory/stock management
- You analyze key business figures (KPIs) and ensure budget compliance
- You act as the primary point of contact for our clients
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a cook (m/f/d) required
- Leadership experience, at least as a kitchen manager, required
- Experience analyzing business/financial KPIs required
- Valid car driving license required
