About the role

  • You cover for operations managers during vacations and sick leave at various Berlin locations
  • You and your team create fresh, daily lunch menus (fresh-kitchen production)
  • You lead and manage the staff
  • You handle the month-end closing and inventory/stock management
  • You analyze key business figures (KPIs) and ensure budget compliance
  • You act as the primary point of contact for our clients

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a cook (m/f/d) required
  • Leadership experience, at least as a kitchen manager, required
  • Experience analyzing business/financial KPIs required
  • Valid car driving license required
