About the role
- You design lunch menus and daytime snacks together with your team
- You plan staff deployment and lead and develop your team
- You ensure customer and guest satisfaction, thereby increasing sales and profitability
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations
- You serve as the primary point of contact for our client and guests
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a cook/chef (m/f/d)
- You have professional experience in an operational leadership role (e.g., as a kitchen manager)
- You have experience analyzing business-related key performance indicators
