About the role
- You conduct training sessions and workshops for the software in use and advise users and customers
- You take full responsibility for project management from planning through implementation, including schedule and resource control
- You are responsible for creating, maintaining and tracking project plans as well as reporting and progress documentation
- You support user support in handling software-related inquiries
- You work closely with the sales team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality desirable
- Relevant experience as a trainer and/or working with inventory management systems required
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel essential
- Fluent German language skills required
- Excellent ability to convey knowledge is essential
- Strong communication skills when addressing groups required
