About the role
- You are responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with various foodservice concepts (including the setup and implementation of central kitchens)
- You take responsibility for the quality and demanding meal provision
- You develop new ideas and concepts
- You prepare budgets and ensure compliance with company guidelines
- You are responsible for ensuring and monitoring legal regulations/ordinances as well as internal standards
- You check monthly financial closings and inventories
- You work in a partnership-based relationship with customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the hospitality sector required (e.g., cook/chef, specialist from system catering), ideally with further professional qualifications (e.g., business administration degree or kitchen manager certification)
- Relevant professional experience in a similar position within the care sector is required
- Experience and knowledge of common systems (Cook&Chill, Cook&Freeze, High Convenience) and of different contractual models (Werkvertrag/service company) are essential
- Business-fluent German required for internal and external communication
- Confident use of IT systems is desirable (ERP/inventory management, staff planning, complaints management, HACCP systems, MS Office)
