About the role
- Lead and organize the Maintenance Department, including scheduling, shift planning, and team development
- Foster a strong culture of responsibility, safety, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules, labor law, internal regulations, and the quality management system
- Guarantee the continuous and efficient operation of machinery, production lines, and infrastructure
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance (PM), total productive maintenance (TPM), and CMMS initiatives
- Analyze and minimize unplanned downtime through root cause analysis (RCA) and KPI monitoring
- Oversee technical supervision, including commissioning, modernization, and automation projects
- Manage budgets, spare parts inventory, suppliers, and cost-saving projects
- Drive energy efficiency projects and coordinate with energy suppliers
- Collaborate on investments (CapEx) and ensure proper waste management compliance with ISO 14001 standards
- Work closely with internal teams and other Klöckner Pentaplast plants to share best practices
Requirements
- A technical background (engineering or similar discipline)
- Proven experience in maintenance or asset management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Knowledge of TPM, CMMS, and Lean principles
- Passion for driving performance improvements, innovation, and safety
- Polish and English language required
